He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Baskins, Jr. and Wanda M. Beasley. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Baskins (Goens); his stepson Daniel R. Riley (Sarah); his daughters, Brianna Baskins and Kristan Baskins; and his siblings, Daniell Baskins, Alvin R. Baskins (Sherry), Curtis L. Hanson (Amanda) and Larry W. Baskins.
