He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacks and Bette Goodwin (Wade); his siblings, Cam Adams and Ron Jacks; and his nephew Donnie Jefferson.
He is survived by: his wife Su An Jacks; his children, Michael R. Jacks, Bette Wagner (Donnie) and Tammy Casper (Corey); his siblings, Linda Sexton and Doug Jacks; and his sister-in-law Su Yon Holton (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel (1444 US-52, Fountaintown, IN 46130). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
