Fulkerson of New Palestine, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Earl and Bertha Kay Whitney-Miller; her significant other Tom Fulkerson; and her daughters, Heidi Fulkerson and Cindy Fulkerson-Cox.
She is survived by: her son Scott Fulkerson (Kenda); her grandchildren, Charlie Jones, Michael Cox, Whitney Hough (Mitchell), Hogan Fulkerson and Sailor Fulkerson; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Jones, Ian Jones and Knox Hough.
