He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Coffer (Kuntz) of New Palestine; his children, Shelly Moore (Jeff), Bobby Coffer (Michelle) and A. J. Coffer (Holly); his grandchildren, Jamie Moore, Julie Sparks (Justin), Jordan Moore, Miles Coffer, Maxx Coffer and Drew McPheron; his great grandchildren, Heaven Wood, Heath Voils and Hope Bassett; and his sister Ruth Beard.
