With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Real of New Palestine, Indiana, born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Oliver and Dolly Real (Longest); his son Christopher Paul; and his sisters, Edith, Geneva, Fleeta and Carrie.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Real; his sons, Brian Real (Terri) and Mike Real (Nichole); his grandchildren, Nate Real, Kate Real, Hunter Southwood, Morgan Bussel and Mason Bussel; and his sisters, Mildred Parks (Estel) and Nancy Jones (Ronnie).
