He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Oran" and Marie Swartz (Benzenbower); and his wife Frances Swartz (Moreland). He is survived by: his sister Dianne Augustinovicz (Tim) of Anderson, IN; his nephews, Gregory Augustinovicz (Susan) and Jeffrey Augustinovicz (Julie); his niece Audrey Augustinovicz; his children, Jerry Swartz of Greenfield, IN, Abby Lu Jelaji (Nikhil) of Cincinnati, OH and Gary Swartz (Vicki) of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Brandi Shoemaker (Jonathan) of Birmingham, AL, Mindi Martin (Jeffrey) of Shreveport, LA and Dustin Swartz of Ft. Worth, TX; and his great grandchildren, Presley, Blaine Shoemaker, Brooke, Logan, Payton Martin and Margot Jelaji. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
