He is survived by: his parents, Donald E. Phelps (Nancy) and Belinda Thomas (Michael); his siblings, Ryan E. Phelps (Buakaew) and Rebecka A. Phelps; his nieces, Taelynn France, Wrenley France and Catriona Phelps; his fiancée April Davidson; and his fiancée's children, Tamia Squires and Trinity Tyler.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oakley-Hammond Funeral Home (5342 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
