It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Wayne Mattingly of New Palestine, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mattingly and Dorothy Mattingly (Hall); his wife Marcia Elaine Mattingly; his sister Nancy Piercy; his brothers-in-law, Boyd Piercy, Jim Tharpe and John Ripley; and his pet Beasley.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Snyder (Charles) and Michael Mattingly (Cathy); his grandchildren, Sean, Heather, Mitchel, Emily, Allison, Max and Marilyn; his pets, Auggie and Beau; and his sisters, Carla Tharpe and Nadine Ripley.
