He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Norris and Virginia Norris (Glover); his siblings, Carol Norris and Robert Norris; and his uncle Sam.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Redmon-Norris; his sons, Rodney Norris (Cynthia), John Norris and Michael Norris; his brother John W. Norris; and his stepsons, Shanon Redmon (Angela) and Andrew Redmon (Sandi). He is also survived by four step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flower memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
