He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Miller Jr. and Glenna Miller (Davenport); and his sister Judith Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lelia Miller; his children, Tamera Schilling (Richard), Charles Miller IV (Angie) and Brian Miller (Mandy); and his sister Lucinda "Cindy" Robson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
