It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bane Tyler of New Palestine, Indiana, born in Salem, New Jersey, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hunter Tyler and Mildred Tyler (Mayo); and his wife Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his children, Bane Hunter Tyler Jr. (Dana), Gretchen McLaughlin (Bill), Chris Tyler (Angie) and Patrick Tyler; his grandchildren, Morgan Tyler, Kelsie Maynes (Caleb), Katelyn, Meghan, Connor McLaughlin, Hannah, Maggie Tyler, Justin Murray and Abbey Cassidy; and his sister Susan Towe.
