She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Carmichael and Agnes Carmichael (Platt); and her husband Kenneth Hastings. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Burks (Fred) of New Palestine; her brothers, Ron Carmichael (Marge) of Martinsville and Sam Carmichael (Susie) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Brandon (Jennifer), Drew, Austin, Hunter and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Amoriyah, Noelle and Sarallah; her daughter-in-law Suzy Stiko of New Palestine; and her nieces, Julie Carmichael and Kelly Patel.
