He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Brock; his son William R. Brock, Jr.; his stepdaughter Susan Renee Phillips; and his brother Tommy Brock. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Wright Brock; his children, Terry Brock (Beverly) and Cherie Lynn Keithley (Dennis); his stepchildren, Kevin Steen (Pamela), Brian Blackman, Jason Blackman, Ben Blackman and Kelly Blackman; his children-in-law, Donna Brock and Marc Phillips; and his siblings, Robert Brock (Shirley), Patty Campbell (Irvin) and Paula Reilly (Greg). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
