She was predeceased by: her father Carl Steen; and her grandparents, James, Willadean Wright and Jewel Steen. She is survived by: her husband Marc N. Phillips; her mother Deanna Wright Brock (William) of New Middletown; and her brother Kevin Steen (Pamela Schmelz) of New Middletown.
