He was predeceased by: his parents, George Weis and Corinne Kraft Weis; and his sisters, Margery Wagner, Verna Gunther and Georgia Blank.
He is survived by: his wife Polly Blackman Weis; his sisters, Audrey Albin of Louisville, KY and Matilda Monroe of Corydon, IN; his children, Lorraine Mussatti (Bryan) of Fort Wayne, IN, Rhonda Smith (Arden) of Lowell, IN, Jennifer Lattire (Tim) of Elizabeth, IN and Wendell Scott Weis (Julie) of Elizabeth, IN; and his close friends, Daniel, Missi McPhillips and Steve Shaffer. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
