We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, at the age of 98, Virginia Lael Kelsey of New Market, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Eldo Bannon; her husband Norris L. Kelsey; her brother Max Bannon; her daughter Janet Norman; her granddaughter Cindy Meagher; and her sons-in-law, Dean, Ed and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Powers of Crawfordsville and Rita Pinkerton of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Chris Norman (Sherry), Tim Norman (Stephanie), Joe Powers (Melissa) and Jami Dugger (Tim); her great grandchildren, Eric Meagher, Elizabeth Meagher, Misty Bowers (Kyle), Justin Dugger of Kelsey Dugger, J. D, Kylee Norman, Will Norman (Samantha), Caleb Norman (Biz), Brayden Esparza and Devin Esparza; and her great great grandchildren, Emma Bowers, Jackson Geralds and Bellamy Norman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to New Market Baptist Church, PO Box 87, New Market, IN 47965.
