It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Johnson (New Market, Indiana), born in Montgomery, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ronk and Maude Ronk (Kessler); her husband Donald Johnson; her son Duane Johnson; and her brother Jim Ronk.
She is survived by: her son David Johnson (Meg) of Ladoga; her sister Mary Etta Chase of Franklin; her grandchildren, Chad Johnson (Amy), Amber Johnson and Lisa Chandler (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Ally Bort (Kole), Van Johnson, Megan, Colton, Kaylee Fox, Elijah, Cort and Noelle Chandler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the Whitesville Christian Church or the Gideon's.
