She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lay and Sarah Jane Lay; and her husband Billy Joe Fulwider. She is survived by: her children, Tim Fulwider (Suzi) and Robin Tague (Ted); and her sister Juanita Impicciche. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the New Hope Christian Church (2746 US-231, Crawfordsville, IN 47933). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the same location.
