He was predeceased by: his parents, Landy Myers and Bertha Myers (Gephart); his wife Lorinda Jane Layne; his son James Myers; and his grandson Michael Nelson.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Nelson (Wayne); his grandchildren, Michelle Covault (Steve), Matt Nelson (Kathleen) and Brandon Myers (Jodi); his great grandchildren, Erin, Kyle, Luke, Ethan, Lincoln, Lettie, Shawn and Aubree; and his great great grandchildren, Kaiden, Brynlee, Kamden and Navey.
