He was predeceased by: his siblings, Loyal "Buzzy" Delano (Patsy) and Sissy Sherman; his grandchildren, Kiah, Tyler, Natasha, Andrea (Tim), Brandy, Brittney, Taylor, Delaine, Zane, Todd, Kiel (Brittany), Renee and Troy (Theresa); and his wife Beverly.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Delano, Steve Delano (Deborah), Tad Delano (Vickie) and Jeanise Delano (Paul McMahon). He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
