He is survived by: his wife Sue Miller of New Haven; his sons, Shane Miller (Vicki) of Fort Wayne and Kyle Miller of Fort Wayne; his stepdaughter Amber Porter of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Ariana Collins, Tate Melchi, Tiana Melchi and Tia Miller.
