He is survived by: his wife Carla; his daughter Mila Bleeke of New Haven; his mother Barbara Bleeke of Fort Wayne; his brothers, Brian Bleeke of Saint Clairsville, OH, Robert Bleeke of Fort Wayne and Richard Bleeke (Jacobia) of Elwood; and his granddaughter Eleanor Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
