He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Charlesworth and Fern Charlesworth (Berry); his son David Charlesworth; and his brother Art Charlesworth. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his pet Oliver; his daughters, Heather Capristo (Frank) of Bellingham, WA and Lisa Sells (Kirk) of Corunna; his stepsons, Jay Frymier (Susan) of Fort Wayne, Todd Frymier (Becky) of Fort Wayne, Chris Frymier (Kerry) of Mt. Pleasant, WI and Joel Frymier (Julie) of Hilliard, OH; and his sister Barbara Westbrook (Garold) of Lancaster, MA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
