He was predeceased by: his parents, Harper Frock and Lola Frock (Parrish); his son Wayne Frock; and his sister Katie Frock. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dale Parker (Freda) of Columbia City, David Parker (Gayle) of Columbia City and Barbara Ferguson of New Haven. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to New Haven Food Bank.
