He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Metzler (Lisa) of Thorton, CO, Steve Metzler (Marianne) of Fort Wayne and Bob Metzler (Susan) of New Haven; and his nieces and nephews, Katelyn, Madison Metzler, Blake and Mitchell Quinn.
