She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Eley and Mabel Eley; her husband Robert Eakright; her son-in-law Brian Cour; and her brother Jack Eley.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Eakright (Ann), Deb Cour, Craig Eakright (Jill) and Scott Eakright (Shannyn Petree); her grandchildren, Justin Eakright (Nicole), Jackie Gerbers (Chris), Jerrod Eakright (Jessica), Jessica Graber (Ryan), Matt Cour (Ashley), Trevor Eakright (Erica), Travis Eakright (Jayden), Ashley McCallion (Ryan), Shae Eakright and Paige Eakright; and her sister Patricia Eley. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Gathering (3157 Minnich Rd, New Haven, IN 46774). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association.
