She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Burill and Mary Burill (Pitney); her husband Everett "Bud" Janes; her children, Lonny Janes and Mary McDonald; her brother Alan Burill; and her grandchildren, Christopher Janes and Amanda Jefferies.

She is survived by: her children, George "Pete" (Alisha), Ronald (Shirley), Everett Jr., Robert (Tammy) and Nanci Janes (Amanda). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 34 great grandchildren.
