She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harrison Burks and Pearly Burks (McCoy). She is survived by: her husband Donald Robert Peaks of New Haven; her children, Donald (Mary Peaks, Jr.), Sharon (Mike Glackin), Karon (Adrian Porter) and Greg (Tina Peaks); and her grandchildren, Sean Peaks (Brandy) of Roanoke, Stephanie (Ryan Surber), Spencer Peaks (Britney) of Fort Wayne, Nate (Abbie Glackin), Felicia Glackin (Charles Kennard) of New Haven, Cortnie (Chris Woenker) and Mitchell Peaks of Fort Wayne.
