It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Burnette Navarro of New Haven, Indiana, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Packwood; and her sons, Philip J. Stump Jr. and David E. Stump. She is survived by: her children, Sue Wilson (Ron), Elizabeth Thompson (Trey), Michael Navarro (Tracy) and Arturo Navarro Sr.; and her sister Pat Wade-Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
