He is survived by: his children, Brooke Linn Goelz of New Haven, Indiana and Geoffrey Alan Goelz of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his brothers, Wayne E. Goelz (Julie) of Poe and Ray Dean Goelz (Dana) of Valparaiso, Indiana. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
