He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Meyer and Lola Meyer (Leedy); and his brother Daniel Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Jan; and his siblings, William Meyer of Indianapolis and LouAnn Saalfrank of Hoagland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
