She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bicker and Velma Bicker (Metzger). She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Hieber; her children, Debbie Hieber, Mark Hieber and Joel Hieber (Darcy); her granddaughter MacKenzie Hieber; her siblings, Arden Bicker (Eyline Cowart), Alvin Bicker (Judy), David Bicker (Tina) and Joan Steigerwald; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Hieber-Aielo (Ralph).
She fought Parkinson's Disease for over 25 years years with courage and dignity and was a true inspiration to all.
