It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Wims Jr. of New Haven, Indiana, born in Marion, Alabama, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jack Sr. Wims; and his siblings, Chaney Wims-Henderson, Mary Lou Gold and Lynette Wims-Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Jack Quest (Karen), Victor Wims (Beatriz), Marde Wims-Martin (Harrison) and Renae Bentley-Gay (Donovan); and his siblings, Otis Lane, Alice Stephens (Nathaniel), Arthur Wims (Karen) and Suzanne Wims-Pearson (Reggie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
