It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Meyer (New Haven, Indiana), born in Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on May 18, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Carla Meyer of Fort Wayne, Colette Meyer of Monroeville and Amanda Harris (Mark) of Churubusco; his stepchildren, Jeff Johnston (Mandy) of Deland, Kristy Hemstalk (Kirk) of Oroville and Greg Johnston (Jackie) of Rathdrum; and his brothers, Jim Meyer of Mesa and Mike Meyer of Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
