He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Pensinger and Nell Pensinger (Ireland); his wife Marjory Pensinger (McCrady); and his siblings, Donn Pensinger and Maxine Melching.

He is survived by: his children, Larry Pensinger (Cheryl) of Harbor Springs, MI, Judy Milliman (Paul Jr) of Fort Wayne and Trudy Wise of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to New Haven United Methodist Church.
