He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Irvin Mizer and Nora Melinda Mizer (McMahon); his brother Henry Mizer; and his grandchildren, Zachary Gabet and Sophie Mizer.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mizer of New Haven.
