He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Grote and Beverly Grote; and his brother Steve Grote (Sophie). He is survived by: his wife Doris Grote (Collins) of New Haven, IN; his children, Tim Grote (Brittany) of New Haven and Haley White (Chris) of Fort Wayne; his grandsons, Benson, Cooper Grote and Colin White; and his siblings, Dave Grote (Joni) of Fort Wayne and Gretchen Kelly of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Doris Grote.
