He is survived by: his wife Rita Frecker of New Haven, Indiana; his children, Ken Frecker of New Haven, Tom Frecker (Diana) of New Haven, Garald "Gary" Frecker (Ronna) of New Haven, Indiana and Barb Strubel (Ed) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his siblings, Larry Frecker of Hoagland, Indiana, Carl Frecker (Sandy) of Woodburn, Indiana, Harold Frecker (Mary) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Rosemarie Duffek (Jim) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Stanley Frecker of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Renee Zellers (Shane), Kenton Frecker, Troy Frecker, Travis Frecker, Karrie Buuck, Kurt Frecker (Amy), Ivy Hanford (Adam) and Mae Strubel; and his great grandchildren, Lane Zellers, Kate Zellers, Jake Zellers, Alex Buuck, Chase Buuck, Tyler Buuck, Carter Frecker, Cole Frecker, Gabe Hanford and Lucy Hanford.
Preferred memorials are to St. Louis Catholic Church – Besancon or the Alzheimer's Association.
