He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Gallmeyer and Martha Gallmeyer (Buuck); his siblings, Erna Koenemann, Delbert Gallmeyer, Robert Gallmeyer and Julaine Hockemeyer; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Gallmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Jeanenne Gallmeyer of Fort Wayne, Scott Gallmeyer of New Haven and Marla Maier of Carmel; his siblings, Delores Nahrwold (Dave) of New Haven and Jerry Gallmeyer of Decatur; and his brother-in-law Larry Hockemeyer. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and 2 step grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to the church, Elara Caring Hospice, Fort Wayne, and American Diabetes Association.
