We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2022, at the age of 67, Charlotte Ann Smith (New Haven, Indiana), born in Keavy, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Higginbotham and Helen Higginbotham (Dykes); her husband Donald M. Smith, Jr.; and her sister Geneva Smith. She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Rachel) and Michael Smith (Ashleigh); her siblings, Pete Higginbotham (Jean), Howard Higginbotham, Ross Higginbotham (Barb), Teddy Higginbotham and Marcie Higginbotham; her grandchildren, Trista Smith, Xaiver Smith and Xander Smith; and her great grandchild Dion Hill.

Preferred memorials are to the American Diabetes Association.
