She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Brockert and Anna Brockert; her husband John 'Jack Kintz; and her siblings, Karen Smith, Dolores Ann Weichart and Joseph Brockert.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Lowe (Dave) of New Haven, Jody Carr (Paul) of Butler, IN and Jeff Kintz (Sadie) of Fort Wayne; her grandsons, Blake, Jack Lowe (Carley), Luke, Cole and Bryce Kintz; her great grandchild Hudson Lowe; her sister Jane Seibert; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Brockert.
