He is survived by: his children, Julie Williams of New Haven, Joe Saylor (Danielle) of Fort Wayne and Chester Saylor (Jennifer) of New Haven; and his siblings, Lylia Gusching, Thomas Saylor Jr. (Mary), Ben Saylor (Sandy), Johnny Saylor, Connie Huapaya (Miguel), Robin Reddington, Nena Klotz (Matthew) and Gary Saylor (Robin).
