He is survived by: his wife Patty Deckard (Osborne) of New Harmony; his sons, Scott Deckard (Mary) of Evansville, Brent Deckard (Angela) of Mt. Vernon and Patrick Deckard (Krista Hisch) of Poseyville, Indiana; and his siblings, William Ray Deckard (Billie Sue) of New Harmony, Indiana, Junior Deckard (Dana) of New Harmony, Indiana, Martha Deckard of Evansville and Suzanne Dougan (Scott) of Wadesville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Due to the national health crisis and state mandate, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.
