She is survived by: her husband Frederick D. Spencer; her children, Cheryl Gasper (Mark) of Pompano, FL, Amy Englert (Ronnie) of Poseyville and Frederick D. Spencer II of Carmi, IL; and her sisters, Susan Lissak (George) and Shirley Nelsen (Mark). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
