He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilma Heriges, Clarence Gilbert, Ted and John Parker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann (Martin); his children, Douglas Wayne Parker, DeeAnn Martin Parker and David Scott Parker of New York City; his grandchildren, Paige Patterson, Samantha Robinson and Melissa Williams; his siblings, Sara Foster, Glen and Steve Parker; his sister-in-law Sharon Greenwood; and his friend Bill Cox.
