He was predeceased by: his parents, Cortland Alsop and Juna Alsop (Mounts); and his siblings, Margie Grabert, Beulah Wilkinson, Imogene Hallam, Glenn E. Alsop and Ivan V. Alsop.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Alsop (Culiver); his children, John Eric Alsop (Karen) and JoEllen Kay Williams-Dausmann (Jason); and his grandchildren, Samantha Russler (John), Macy Clowers (Thomas) and Jordan Williams. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren along with several nieces & nephews.
