He was predeceased by: his stepgrandson Quentin Rutledge. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Jon David Houchins (Missy) of Evansville, Missy Hopf (Bill) of Poseyville and Julie Furby (Joey) of Lake Charles; his stepdaughters, Amy Rutledge (Joe) of Mt and Kimberly Gambrel (Barry) of Evansville; and his sister Barbara Conrey (Norman) of New Harmony. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step grandchildren, six great grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews.
