It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Gardner of New Harmony, Indiana, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Russell and Helen Russell (Matthews); her husband Robert Gardner; her son Dennis Daniel; and her siblings, Ivan Russell and Opi Kessler.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Wiggins of Carmi and Rick Daniel (Patty) of Hudson, FL; her stepchildren, Bobby Gardner (Bev) and Lois McEntarfer (Jim); her sister Mary Jones of New Harmony; her grandson J. P. Wiggins (Amy) of Carmi; and her great grandchildren, Kale and Kai Wiggins. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Betty's memory to New Harmony Christian Church and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
