He is survived by: his friend Susie Mitchell; his wife Judith Hayes Dugger; his children, Sandi Eller (Gary), Damita Lewis (Jim), Timothy Dugger (Donna) and Scott Dugger (Theresa); his sister Kaye Gard (Ken); his grandchildren, Desirae Dugger, Meghan Eller, Sarah Belfi (Josh), Christopher Dugger, Kimberly Dugger, Amanda Dugger, Kaydee Dugger and Blaze Lewis; his great grandchildren, Blake Bennett, Aubree Doss, Jenna Belfi, Dymontae Maben, Brielle Dugger and Kendyll Lewis; his great great grandchildren, Juniper Lewis, Jody Dugger and Betty Dugger; and his pets, Hank, Daisy and Socks.
