He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baron and Bessie Baron; his wife Arlene Baron; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Lillian, John and Edward Baron.
He is survived by: his children, Paulette Hill (Daniel) of Hobart, Jackie Mote (Gerry Miser) of Knox, Jodie Mackall (Joel) of De Motte and Richard M. Baron, Jr. of Hobart. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
